When the weekend
isn't working anymore.

A note from our founder

I've been in the room. I know what it feels like when Sunday isn't working the way you want - and I know how long a leader can carry that weight before it starts to cost them something real.

I've spent my career on the floor of some of the largest worship environments in the country - behind consoles, in production, on the road with touring artists, and deep inside the operational structures of churches - large and small. I've watched exceptional ministry get undermined by systems that were never built to scale, teams that never got the right development, and a gap between what a pastor hears or sees in his head and what their congregation actually experiences on Sunday morning.

I started SEVEN.projects because I kept having the same conversation - with lead pastors and executive teams, who had tried everything. New gear. New hires. New ways of explaining what they wanted. And still, something wasn't right. I've also advised with worship and production teams who didn't know what to try next, who felt defeated but still wanted to execute. What they needed wasn't another band aid or quick fix. They needed a partner who had actually been there.

This work is not a packaged program. I come in, I spend real time with your organization - your room, your team, your culture, your Sunday - and I tell you honestly what I see. Sometimes the answer is systems and process. Sometimes it's equipment. Sometimes it's personnel. Usually it's all three, in the right sequence. Whatever it is, we do it together, and we do it in a way that actually lasts.

I'm not interested in quick fixes. I've seen what those cost - and I've been called back to clean them up. If you're ready for something that holds, I'd like to talk.

07

Ongoing Advisory Partnership

WHAT WE ASSESS

We begin with a full organizational assessment before any recommendations are made. Systems, workflows, communication structures, and personnel dynamics are all in scope. We tell you what we find - not what you want to hear.

What Changes

Outcomes vary by engagement. Some organizations need process and communication work. Others need equipment. Occasionally personnel changes or shifts. Some need all three.

Who This Is For

Lead pastors, executive pastors, worship pastors, and production directors who have identified that the weekend experience is underperforming and are prepared to invest in a genuine, lasting solution - not a surface fix.
